Monday through Friday:              8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.                             (315) 798-5290

All other times:                          Weekends, nights and holidays               (315) 798-5064*

*ask for the on-call communicable disease staff

Information on all other communicable diseases can either be mailed to the Oneida County Health Department, Communicable Disease Program, 406 Elizabeth Street , Utica , NY 13501 or FAXED to (315) 798-1057
