The new sidewalk will be installed in the Village right of way along the South Elm Street and South Fayette Street blocks between Liberty Street and Oswego Street. The Village of Camden Department of Public Works will provide labor for the project.

The project purpose is to provide support for a low-income neighborhood that has sidewalk disrepair and non-existing pedestrian walkways causing unsafe pedestrian thoroughfares.
