Project Description:

The Village of Vernon will utilize funding to refurbish the restroom facilities at Bartholomew Park. Village employees and volunteers will complete the work. Activities included in the refurbishing will include:

• replacement of sinks and toilets;
  
• install washable paneling on the inside walls; install electric hand dryers, toilet tissue dispensers, and improved lighting;
  
• replace stall doors with steel doors with privacy locks;
  
• partition off a portion of one bathroom and install new entrance on the side of the building for equipment storage room;
  
• install new outside lighting; and
  
• install drinking fountain with facilities for connecting hoses and filling water containers.
