2000 State of the County Address 12-15-00

Thank you very much to the Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce, to your Board, your Members and to everyone here today for your continued support, and for allowing me to share with you today my report on several issues affecting our County.

 
EANNACE ANNOUNCES ‘CALL MOHAWK VALLEY HOME’ TO SPONSOR COLLEGE NIGHT AT MV PROWLERS GAME

UTICA -- Great Mohawk Valley entertainment and great Mohawk Valley opportunity come together on Saturday, Jan. 6, when "Call Mohawk Valley Home" sponsors College Night at the Mohawk Valley Prowlers’ home game against the Quad City Mallards, Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace, Jr. announced today.
 
EANNACE ANNOUNCES ADDITIONAL FLU CLINICS 12-14-00

With the long awaited arrival of flu vaccine, Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace Jr. and Oneida County Health officials announced today additional flu clinics throughout the County.
 
EANNACE ANNOUNCES BOONVILLE FLU CLINIC 12-11-00

Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace Jr. announced today that the Oneida County Health Department will conduct a flu clinic on Friday, December 15, 2020 at the Boonville Methodist Church Senior Nutrition Center.
 

EANNACE ANNOUNCES NEW HARTFORD FLU CLINIC 12-05-00

Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace Jr. announced today that the Oneida County Health Department will conduct a flu clinic on Friday, December 8, 2020 at the New Hartford Adult Dining and Activity Center.

 
TIMPANO AND EANNACE ANNOUNCE TOBACCO SETTLEMENT UPDATE 11-21-00

Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace Jr. and Oneida County Comptroller Joseph J. Timpano announced today that the County will receive $50.6 million in tobacco securitization. This is $600,000 more than expected and the County will use the money to eliminate existing County debt and to fund new capital projects and preventative care programs.
 
EANNACE KICKS OFF 2001 COLLEGE STUDENT CORPS APPLICATIONS 11-20-00

Flanked by one of the region’s top high tech employers and two Oneida County residents who discovered opportunity through the Oneida County College Student Corps, Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace, Jr. today announced that this week, Oneida County will begin accepting pre-applications for next summer’s highly successful College Student Corps.
 
EANNACE ANNOUNCES InVEST JOB TRAINING PROGRAM COMMUNITY OUTREACH 

Inner-city Uticans will have the chance to sign up for training in the region’s demand occupations from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, at St. Paul’s Baptist Church in Utica, Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace, Jr. announced today.
 
ONEIDA COUNTY BUYS FLU VACCINE TO OFFSET SHORTAGE 11-07-00

Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace Jr., in consultation with the County Board of Legislature, announced today that the County has purchased an initial supply of flu vaccine to offset the present shortage.
 
ONEIDA COUNTY GETS OVER $200,000 FOR HIGHWAY SAFETY 11-03-00

Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace Jr. announced today that Governor George E. Pataki's announcement of $6.7 million in highway safety grants means more resources for better safety on County roads and highways.
 
GOVERNOR'S DISASTER RELIEF HELPS ONEIDA COUNTY 11-03-00

Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace Jr. announced today that Oneida County is one of 28 counties statewide that will receive disaster relief for municipalities that suffered storm damage resulting in severe flooding in the spring and summer of 2000.
