EANNACE AND COUNTY LEGISLATORS TO ANNOUNCE MAJOR NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace Jr. and the Oneida County Board of Legislators announced today that a Press Conference will be held on February 2^nd, 2000 in the County Executives Conference Room of the Oneida County Office Building. The County is initiating a new program in Oneida County called, "Neighborhood Empowerment Works – NEW Neighborhoods". The announcement will be at 9AM on the 10^th floor of the building located at 800 Park Avenue.
