EANNACE ANNOUNCES SUPPORT FOR WATERVILLE HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HOUSE

Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace Jr. announced today his proposal to transfer a parcel of land in the Village of Waterville to Habitat for Humanity, which plans to build a single family home valued around $70,000 at 115 Stafford Avenue.

"It's all about improving and revitalizing another neighborhood in Oneida County," Eannace said. "It will also put a parcel, which was acquired for delinquent taxes back on the productive side of the tax roll."

The proposal awaits the review and approval of the Board of Legislators and Habitat for Humanity already has a qualified partner family for the possible future home.
