Oneida County Executive Ralph J. Eannace, Jr., poses with students from the AVE & PAVE Programs during a tour of the Oneida County Office Building as part of the programs’ efforts to help students learn about career opportunities in the region.

 The Adolescent Vocational Exploration (AVE) Program helps improve educational, vocational and career awareness skills as well as attitudes toward work, school, self and others. The Progressive Vocational Exploration (PAVE) Program helps define career goals, improve attitude toward school, expand career awareness and develop a foundation of skills. Both programs are operated by Oneida County Workforce Development.
